Spicy Pepper Chicken Skewers

Method

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Combine peppers, ginger, garlic, onions, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and curry powder in a blender.

Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.

Marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 2 hours (overnight is better).

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side until chicken is cooked through and charred.

Serve immediately with a squeeze of lime and fresh peppers.
